At Viola Hair Extensions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging with the hygiene seal intact. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been removed from their ties or worn cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure the hair extensions are in their original condition, unused, and that the gold security seal has not been broken or tampered with.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to download the official Returns Form and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products along with the completed Returns Form in a protective box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our UK returns address and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
